If you are not satisfied with your Hearing in a Box hearing aid, you may return your hearing aid for full refund within 45 days of purchase. If you purchased a custom programmed hearing aid, you will be refunded for the price of your hearing aids only. Programming fees are not refundable.

To return your hearing aid:

  1. Please call our Customer Service Hotline at (888)347-7746 and request a RMA number. The Customer Service Hotline is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to be included with return shipment. We will provide you with both a RMA number and a return shipping label by either email or by mailing it to you using regular mail.
  2. Returned hearing aids must be made in “like new”, undamaged condition and include all the Hearing in a Box packaging. Hearing in a Box kits must be returned with all of the shipped components. We ask that you repackage your hearing aid in its original shipping box, if possible, and use the return label you receive from Hearing in a Box. Returned Hearing in a Box kits must be shipped with a tracking number, insurance, and in appropriate packaging to avoid damage or loss during shipment.
  3. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your hearing aid. We will call you to let you know a credit to your account has been initiated if you purchased with a credit card and when your refund check will be mailed to you if you purchased with a check.
